The cast iron construction is 100% resistant to cracking, thanks to the redesign of the shape and the change of material - once installed, the collector will never need to be replaced. When the serial collector is cracked, the exhaust gas energy is not directed to the compressor. This results in a decrease in vehicle power and dynamics, an increase in combustion as well as increased noise emissions and an increase in temperature in the engine compartment.
